Neufday Electric Turkish Coffee Pot Review

Neufday come on the scene with an electric coffee maker that ticks a lot of boxes. 

The Turkish coffee pot uses high quality stainless steel for the build, so you can expect it to be equal parts lightweight and durable.

The Quality & Durability of the Nuefday Electric Coffee Pot

Neufday went with high grade stainless steel for the build of this electric Turkish coffee pot. This has the benefit of keeping this coffee pot lightweight, but also highly resistant to scratches, dents, and damage due to high heat. 

And it’s food-grade stainless steel too, so you don’t get any leaching of chemicals or toxins in your coffee.

You don’t get a dishwasher-safe rating with this electric Turkish coffee pot, but otherwise, it is pretty easy to clean. 

Capacity

It brews just over 4 cups worth of coffee thanks to its 300 ml capacity. That’s in line with other coffee pots we’ve tested. 

That means if you want to use it for serving traditional Turkish coffee to guests, even one brew cycle might be enough. 

Design

Moving on to the aesthetics, we have to admit that we have not seen many ibriks of this type before. The pot itself is molded with a modern look that features two spouts integrated into the mouth of the pot. 

The brushed metal look of this stainless steel only adds to the modern look, and the dual spouts mean you can pour coffee a lot more easily, regardless of whether you’re right-handed or left. 

Speaking of pouring, the heat-resistant plastic handle is also foldable. That means once you’re done brewing and serving, you can just fold it up and chuck it in the cabinet. This feature also means you can travel with the coffee pot in a suitcase, or even a carry-on. 

Neufday designed this coffee pot to be quite practical. One feature that adds to the ergonomics of this coffee pot is the anti-slip base. This prevents the pot from sliding off of kitchen counters or dining tables, traditional Turkish coffee and all. 

Price

We’ll be the first to admit that this cezve is a bit pricier than the other electric coffee makers we’ve reviewed. That said, we do think that the price is worth it, given the highly durable build, and great coffee brewing capabilities. 

Not to mention, this coffee pot also comes with an overheating protection feature that prevents it from getting damaged. That’s a feature that is missing on a lot of other coffee pots, so it makes sense that this one would cost a bit more.

Besides brewing coffee, this coffee pot can be used to make tea or heat up milk. When heating up milk, we recommend practicing caution as heating for too long could cause a bit of residue to build up inside the pot.

Common complaints include the need to use an adapter when using this electric coffee pot with US sockets, but other than that, feedback is pretty positive.
