Any Morning Automatic Greek/Turkish Coffee Maker Review

This review focuses on Any Morning’s Automatic Turkish coffee maker. This is one of the new kids on the block in the world of coffee machines but is quickly making a name for itself as one of the best. 

It’s a budget-friendly machine that offers a ton of convenience. Some features are missing, but that’s to be expected at this price point. 

Still, we think the Any Morning Automatic coffee machine is worth a second look if you want something that is compact, intuitive, and makes a mean cup of coffee. 

Any Morning Automatic Turkish Coffee Maker: Design

If this is a budget coffee machine, you wouldn’t know to look at it. It is made from plastic sure, but it’s a high quality, sturdy plastic that doesn’t creak or rattle like some lesser options. 

It’s also BPA free, so you don’t have to worry about any toxins being released into your coffee. 

As for the aesthetics, you get a modern look that won’t look out of place in contemporary kitchens. The black exterior contrasts really well with the copper accents, and we are fans of the unique patterns printed on the sides of the machine. They add a nice design element that elevates an otherwise basic-looking exterior. 

Capacity

Brewing capacity is admittedly a bit lower than top-of-the-line Turkish coffee machines we’ve tested, but in line with other machines we’ve tried at this price point. 

It can manage a maximum of 4 cups of coffee at a time. Those are Turkish coffee cups, for those who are just getting into the hobby. 

Traditional Turkish coffee cups tend to be much smaller than your standard US cup. In fact, like small espresso cups, these cups are around 3 FL oz. at the most. 

Controls

You can forget about having to fuss over a bunch of controls with this machine. It offers one-button brewing, so there’s just the one power button up front for you to worry about. 

Brewing

We were tempering our expectations for the type of coffee this machine would make. However, our fears were completely unfounded, as it works just as well as some of its more expensive rivals. 

Flavor extraction is top-notch, and you can expect a robust, full-bodied cup of coffee from this machine. 

We liked the smooth foam and creamy texture, though the lack of some customization features and coffee settings kept nagging at us. 

On the whole though, this machine works really well for brewing Turkish coffee, and that’s all there is to it!

Price

Any Morning’s best feature is its inexpensive price. It comes in at a hair shy of $90, so you don’t have to think too much before buying it. 

What’s more, it is one of the most efficient coffee machines we’ve ever tested. It uses significantly less power than other units we’ve tested. So in addition to the cheaper price of admission, you also save money in the long run. 

Customer Support

Unfortunately, the Any Morning coffee machine does not come with much after-sales support. However, if long-term users are to be believed, you won’t really need it!

Does the Any Morning Automatic Turkish Coffee Maker Have Additional Features?

Like we said, this is a pretty basic coffee machine. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but there are still some cool features that you’ll like. 

For one, it has an auto-shutoff function, which contributes to lower energy consumption. 

You can forget about spills with this coffee machine. It has smart overflow protection that detects when the pot is full and stops automatically. 

And when your coffee is ready to serve, the machine will beep to let you know. Finally, the inclusion of a coffee scooper may sound like a small thing, but it’s unbelievably convenient for measuring out just the right amount of coffee without any wastage.

It seems the new kid still needs a bit more time to prove itself. Amazon gives it 4.1 stars, based on 6 ratings. But the reviews are nothing but positive, with most folks expressing their satisfaction with the simple design and ease of use.
